Nina Mathilde Dyrberg

I help leaders understand behaviour so they can create better and faster results while maintaining employee wellbeing

What I offer

I help leaders transform themselves, their teams, and their organisations by understanding behavioural patterns – because behaviour drives people, and people drive results.
To create real results you need to focus on the specific behaviours that lead to the results you want to see, both in yourself and in your team.

With a background in Cognitive Science and over seven years of hands-on experience in behavioural design, experience design, and user research, I bring the science of human behaviour into leadership practice.

I deliver talks, workshops, and consulting, and I offer a transformational leadership course called
The Behaviourally Intelligent Leader

Talks

Engaging keynotes that bring behavioural science into leadership.
Each talk blends real-world cases with cognitive psychology, design, and strategy — helping leaders understand why people act the way they do and how to turn that insight into better results.
Whether you want to spark new ways of thinking, challenge leadership habits, or introduce behavioural insights to your organisation, I deliver with energy, clarity, and depth.

Workshops

Each workshop is built around your context and designed to move you from knowing to doing.

The workshops are hands-on and combine practical exercises, behavioural theory and methods, and real-world examples.

Consulting

You know that achieving your goals requires a change in behaviour. But how to make it happen?

Through consulting, I help leaders reach their goals by identifying which behaviours need to change — both their own and their team’s. Because behaviour drives people, and people drive results.

By understanding the human side of leadership, you’ll make decisions that stick, strategies that move people, and results that last.

Consulting is often combined with my leadership programme to accelerate impact and ensure behavioural change translates into measurable results.

Why BeWaviour?

Waves repeat themselves and can change into new rhythms – just like our behavioural patterns. However, you must understand the flow of waves to be able to surf them – just like we need to understand the flow in behavioural patterns to be able to change them.
Thus, this is my way of merging the word ‘Behaviour’ with ‘Wave’.

M. Dupont, Director at The LEGO Group

“You investigate, simplify, document, involve, deliver – quite a track record of taking the lead on tasks e2e and simply working your way through the challenges. Alone or in a team, both work for you.”

S. Scott Engen, Lector in Cognitive Neuroscience of Creativity

“Nina’s workshop was a masterclass in innovation and engagement. As a university class we were highly impressed by the mix of theory and hands-on tools she provided. Her ability to make complex concepts understandable for everyone independent of their prior knowledge is admirable.”

L. Raun, Manager at The LEGO Group

“It’s a true privilege to work with you, Nina. When given a task, I know that I can trust you to run with it. Your planning skills and sense of responsibility is admirable”
